APPOINTMENTS

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. We recommend that you schedule your next visit prior to leaving the salon so we can be sure to accommodate your schedule.

CANCELLATIONS

In consideration of our other clients and our technicians, please give 24 hour notice of any cancellation. If a notice is not given, we ask that further appointments be reserved with a credit card. ‘Forgotten‘ appointments will be charged the full service price.

RETURNS

Retail returned within 14 days will be refunded by the original payment method or exchanged for another product. If you are not completely satisfied with any service, please notify us within 7 days of the service date. You deserve to love every visit.
