BRIDAL POLICIES

•   To reserve your wedding appointments, a non-refundable 50% deposit is due; a credit card reservation is also required. Initial deposit is non-refundable unliess the cancellation is more than 180 days prior to the appointments.

•   A service agreement will be issued confirming all appointments scheduled. Quoted prices are subject to change if any of the appointments are cancelled. A 20% gratuity is added to the total service price.

•   The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the wedding. This non-refundable payment must be made by only one person in the group by cash, check, or VISA/Mastercard/American Express.

•   The initial hair styling fees indicated are a base price and fees may vary due to length of hair, special requests in styling, or extra time necessary on the appointment day.

•   The bride is responsible for all the members of her party. Credits will not be given for any cancelled or missed appointments less than 14 days prior to the wedding. The bride will be charged for every appoinment - including any services added on by phone, email, or verbally after the balance is paid.

•   Anyone receiving an updo style will not receive a shampoo and blow dry. All updos are performed only on dry hair, preferably shampood the previous day.

•   Hair and make-up trials are highly recommended for brides. Trials are one hour for hair and 30 minutes for make-up. If you feel you would like more time, please request so before scheduling. Additional fees will apply.
